Orders placed and approved before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are sent on Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next-day delivery. Anything approved after 4pm or at the weekend is sent on the next working day.
Before your appointment you complete a short screening questionnaire and upload your photos and a form of ID. At your booked appointment time a clinician reviews everything you have submitted. If the treatment is clinically suitable for you, they prescribe it and your medication is sent out for next-day delivery where possible.

Treatment is generally appropriate where there is a raised BMI — typically 30 or above, or 27 and above with a weight-related health condition — with a clinician using age-appropriate measures for younger patients. It is not suitable for everyone, for example during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or alongside certain medical histories, and patients under 18 will need a parent or guardian involved in their care. Suitability is always decided by a clinician based on the information you provide, and they may decline to prescribe if it is not right for you.
As with any medication there can be side effects. With this class of treatment the most common are mild and digestive, such as nausea, which usually settle as your body adjusts.
