We do not sell your personal information, and we will not send you marketing without your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share information with

Healthcare providers: clinicians involved in your care and, with your agreement or where required for safe care, your NHS GP.

Laboratories and partners: accredited laboratory partners who analyse your samples, and imaging partners who carry out scans we refer you for.

Service providers: trusted third parties who help us run the clinic — such as payment processors, secure IT and booking systems, and delivery services — under contracts that require them to protect your data.

Legal requirements: where we must disclose information by law, for example under a court order or to regulators such as the CQC.

How long we keep your information

Medical records are retained in line with national guidance on health record retention. Financial records are kept for at least six years as required by law. Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to care is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

How we protect your information

Your records are held on secure, access-controlled systems. Our website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS/SSL) connection. Access to health information is restricted to those involved in your care and bound by confidentiality.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access a copy of your information, to have inaccurate information corrected, to request erasure or restriction where applicable, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at mail@readyhealth.co.uk or on 01257 676 001. We will respond within one month.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to function, together with analytics and marketing cookies where you consent to them through the cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time through the banner or your browser settings.
