Kirsten Dunion

Kirsten is our Patient Experience Co-Ordinator and one of the familiar faces patients will see when visiting Ready Health.

With more than 18 years of experience within the private healthcare industry, Kirsten brings a strong background in customer service and administration to the clinic. Friendly, approachable and organised, she helps ensure patients receive a warm welcome and that the day-to-day administration behind the clinic runs smoothly.

Role at Ready Health

Kirsten is primarily based on reception, welcoming patients into the clinic, checking them in for appointments and helping with any queries they may have while visiting us.

As the face of our reception area, she plays an important part in creating the friendly and professional environment we want patients to experience from the moment they arrive.

Alongside reception, Kirsten provides administrative support across the clinic and assists with many of the practical tasks required to keep a busy healthcare environment organised.

Clinic Administration & Support

A large part of Kirsten's role happens behind the scenes. She manages the ordering of clinical supplies, equipment and general stock, helping to ensure our clinicians and wider team have everything they need for the services we provide.

She also supports a wide range of administrative tasks across the practice, adapting to the changing requirements of the clinic and assisting the wider team wherever needed.

Her organisation and attention to detail help keep the practical side of the clinic running effectively day to day.

Experience

Before joining Ready Health, Kirsten spent many years working within the private healthcare industry, including senior client services positions.

This experience has given her a strong understanding of customer service, organisation, administration and the importance of providing a professional and welcoming experience within a healthcare setting.
