Delivery
Devices and test kits ordered from Ready Health are delivered free of charge to UK addresses. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and we will let you know when your order is on its way. If your order has not arrived when expected, call us on 01257 676 001 and we will chase it for you.
Cancellations and returns (unwanted items)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online order for a device or unopened product within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us within that period, then return the item to us within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Return postage for unwanted items is paid by the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, using your original payment method. We may reduce the refund if the value of the item has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Faulty or damaged items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. For faulty items we will cover the cost of return postage — contact us before returning anything so we can arrange this with you.
Items we cannot accept back
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of at-home test kits or other hygiene-sealed products once the seal has been broken, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This policy covers physical products ordered from Ready Health. Appointments, consultations and clinical services are covered by our booking terms — please see our terms and conditions or call the clinic if you have a question about an appointment.
