Jessica Wardrop
Office Administrator
Jess is one of the newest members of the Ready Health team, joining us as an Office Administrator and supporting the day-to-day running of our reception and administrative services.
As one of the friendly faces patients will see when visiting the clinic, Jess will be helping to ensure patients receive a warm welcome and are directed to the right person or service when they need support.
Role at Ready Health
Jess’s role is primarily focused on reception and patient enquiries, including:
- Welcoming patients and supporting reception
- Answering incoming telephone enquiries
- Responding to emails
- Helping patients navigate our services and appointment options
- Booking and general appointment administration
- Supporting the wider administrative and clinical teams
- Assisting with the everyday organisation of the clinic
As Jess develops within the role, she will continue building her knowledge of Ready Health’s wide range of services and patient pathways.
Background
Jess joins Ready Health following the completion of her BSc in Sociology, Social Policy and Crime, achieving a 2:1 from the University of Leeds.
Alongside her studies, Jess founded and managed her own tutoring business, where she was responsible for bookings, scheduling and client communication, as well as supporting students and their families. This has given her a strong foundation in communication, organisation and working with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Approach
Jess is friendly, organised and approachable, with a genuine willingness to learn and help others.
As she settles into life at Ready Health, she’ll be working closely with our experienced administrative team to develop her knowledge and become another familiar point of contact for our patients.
We’re delighted to have Jess joining the team and look forward to seeing her develop within her role.
